Policies & Procedures

  • Unless purchasing hair from Weave-A-Divas you must bring at least two packs of 100% human hair (If you have questions on how many bundles of hair to purchase please call us)
  • You must arrive with your hair clean, blow dried and free of products. Under the stylist’s discretion, we might advise you to have your hair shampooed at our salon for an additional fee.
  • All new clients must pay for all products and services prior to being rendered 
  • Weave-A-Divas offers a quick service for affordable prices. In order to offer you these prices, we use a double tracking technique instead of single tracking. If you would like single tracking, we will charge an additional fee. The stylist will let you know what the extra fee is. There is an extra charge for using one pack of hair, using more than two packs of hair, single tracking, splitting tracks and re-using hair. The stylist will inform you of any extra charges per the price list.
  • Weave-A-Divas aims to please all of our clients. In any event that you are unsatisfied with the services provided, please inform stylist or any member of personnel before leaving. We will try to work with you and gladly resolve any problems within a reasonable time frame. Sorry there are no cash refunds on our products or services. Prices are subject to change.
  • Weave-A-Divas is not responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions or sores due to braids, weaving process or chemical services. Tightness, discomfort, burning sensation or severe pain is uncommon and could result in bald spots and hair loss and you must return to Weave-A-Divas immediately for removal.
  • We are not responsible for hair loss due to any weave taken out or removed outside of Weave-A-Divas. We recommend that you have this service done professionally at our shop.
  • Clients with health issues should not be left without supervision. Please notify our staff of any medical conditions that can affect your service.
  • You will need to leave a deposit of $25 when your hair is braided and you want or need to leave the shop.
  • We accept requests for a specific stylist on appointment days; we cannot guarantee that you will have that stylist in the event of schedule changes. If this happens we will try to inform you if possible. 
  • We will call to confirm your appointment at least 24 hrs in advance. If we are not able to contact you your appointment may be cancelled. 
  • If you are greater than 20 minutes late there is a fine of $25 or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
  • All appointments require a 10% deposit. If deposit is not paid your appointment will not be scheduled
  • No children or men allowed unless being serviced.
  • If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied with a parent or legal guardian to approve your service.
  • Weave-A-Divas does not accept personal checks or gift cards of any kind.
  • For security reasons, we have our last customers prepay for their services.
  • Weave-A-Divas is not responsible for lost or stolen items or items left in the shop.
  • We accept walk ins Thurs and Fri only from 10am-3pm unless otherwise noted. We do not accept stylist requests or chemical services on walk in days.
  • Customers who are not willing to sign and accept our Store Policy will not be serviced. Weave-A-Divas reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
